I saw this game and was immediately drawn to it. I watched a video review by Marco Arnaudo (link to the left) who mentioned that his 6 year old loved it. That sold me on it and sure enough our 5 year old picked it up really fast and loved it too. We played a couple times before bed and when she woke up the next morning she was still talking about it, one of the true hallmarks of a good game.

The Art of Chill just radiates good vibes from its spot varnished double exposure box lid and those good vibes keep coming as you unpack the box. There is a huge stack of Bob Ross paintings that tuck nicely into the supplied easel, a small Bob Ross dice, a graduated rainbow score track, player boards that are little paint pallets and to top everything off there is a little Bob meeple that I may just keep out to use in other games – Clank! In! Space! Perhaps.
