Meeple on the Radio
In early 2020, just before the onset of the global pandemic, Everyday Meeple was welcomed onto the airwaves (and digital waves) of our local college radio station, CHMA 106.9 FM. Our original plan was to mix our regular podcast alternately with prerecorded chat episodes and a monthly live episode. The onset of COVID-19 made some trouble as you have no doubt experienced. So Steve and I settled into our respective homes and started experimenting with ZOOM recording and juggling our new quarantine lives. We continued to put up a few regular podcasts but our radio show became more of a conversational format and we stopped posting them as full podcast episodes.
Unfortunately our partnership with CHMA ended a while back and the podcast went into hiatus. Hopefully it will be revived in the near future either on CHMA or just back on the web.
CHMA 106.9 FM is owned and operated by the members of Attic Broadcasting Co. Ltd., a non-profit organization with its offices on the campus of Mount Allison University in Sackville NB.
